A - First the EZ Money Software has already incorporated within Palm Pilot Software called Think DB.  This is only a demo but can be ordered directly from Think DB. What this software will do is enable you to use Palm Pilots for data retrieval in the field. Recommended Palm Pilots are: SYMBOL Technologies SPT 1500 or 3100 models.  

B - Another feature of the EZ Money Software is that it enables you to print out barcodes on your collection or route forms so that the manual data can be retrieved and submitted through a laser bar code scanner into your computer thereby positioning all your manual data into the right categories. The laser bar code scanner is preferable to the older CCD scanners.
